Vector is a group exhibition that presents works across painting, sculpture, video, and poetry that employ repetition as a common thread to generate patterns and mutagenic forms, containing elements and images inspired by landscapes, photos, and media to create a dialogue addressing territory, power, boundaries, and the biological and social ecologies within which they occur. These artworks are exercises in subverting and crossing realities. This selection highlights themes of assimilation, labor, and alienation, brought by an array of artists reflecting on territorial or body boundaries.
