Expanding the public use of a historical arts building, Equity Arts (EA) is a real estate project to develop a 38,000 sq. ft art complex that combines a retail incubator, galleries, and multiple arts organizations. The building will support the next generation of impact leaders to reach their full potential and harness the power of the creative economy. This new model achieves community wholeness through multigenerational, holistic programming that celebrates Chicago’s cultural heritage of contemporary art and House music.
